After receiving your order, it will usually be delivered within 3-7 days. It may take some time for the product to arrive during Golden Week, before and after Obon, during the year-end and New Year holidays, and for deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, etc.

If there are any changes to your order after placing your order, please contact us via email. However, we may not be able to accept changes to orders that are already in the process of being shipped.

Returns due to customer circumstances such as the delivered product's color, size, wrong image, incorrect order, etc. will only be accepted if the product is unopened and unused and is contacted by phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In addition, we will only accept orders received by phone or email when shipping overseas.
The customer is responsible for ``shipping and handling fees for product delivery'' and ``shipping fees for returning the product.''
